With an incredible team of amazing people, Chef Mia Emerson has developed 15 Landsdowne into a successful, full-service, gourmet catering & event production company. Mia's career began in Philadelphia & in the following years food & events have taken her all over the world. For 8 years she worked in the heart of Beverly Hills & Hollywood working with countless celebrities, politicians & movie studios on events ranging from movie premieres & birthday parties, to political conventions & non-profit fundraisers.
After marrying & leaving Los Angeles, Mia found herself living all over the world- from Italy, Southern Georgia & eventually, to the gorgeous island of Oahu, prior to reaching her final destination in New Jersey. Though her locations have been diverse, the one connecting factor is that no matter where she went-creative food & parties were always in demand. Finally, after years of crossing the globe, Mia has firmly planted roots back where she started (she hails from Bucks County, PA,), in the gorgeous Horse Country of Hunterdon County, New Jersey. With her amazing team of talented chefs & event staff both in New Jersey & Philadelphia, along with some of the area's most incredible artisans & purveyors, Mia, & 15 Landsdowne, can make almost any food or event desire, a reality.
