I was in the semiconductor industry for 25 years. I switched careers to enjoy more quality time with my family as I was working 70 hrs a week in R&D for semiconductors. Real Estate gives me a lot more flexibility to where I can work hard for my clients and also enjoy quality time with the wife, kids and grandson.
