Celebrate 50 Years of Brotherhood: 2/75 Rangers' 50th Anniversary at JBLM
Calling all 2/75 Rangers past and present, active duty or retired! Join us for a momentous occasion as we celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the 2nd Ranger Battalion at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), WA, from October 1-3, 2024. This is your chance to reconnect with your Ranger brothers, share stories, and honor the legacy we have built together. Regardless of your Battalion affiliation or the time you served in the Regiment, if you find yourself in the Pacific Northwest in early October, we encourage you to attend. Please RSVP to help them plan accordingly.

October 1, 2024
1000 hours: State of the Battalion at Evergreen Theatre on JBLM
1100 hours: General Officer Panel at Evergreen Theatre on JBLM
1400 hours: Fallen Ranger Memorial at 2/75 Battalion Memorial site
1500 hours: Alumni Photo at 2/75 Battalion Memorial site
October 2, 2024
1000-1700 hours: Static Displays & Battalion Open House at the 2/75 Compound
1200-1700 hours: Ranger Demonstrations at the 2/75 Compound (every hour on the hour)
1830 - 2330 hours: Gathering of all eras 2/75 Rangers and loved ones at the convention center (old NCO club) on North Fort (JBLM).
CASH BAR ONLY!!!! Food at no cost! This event is organized, sponsored and paid for by a small group of C 2/75 originals. There will be a Free Will donation container, with 100% of the proceeds going directly to the 2/75 FRG in support of our Ranger families.

Access Information
Vehicles with a Valid DOD ID:
Vehicles with an adult (18 or older) holding an authorized Department of Defense (DOD) ID card can enter JBLM through any gate. Passengers in these vehicles do not need a separate pass. The main gate's hours with a Valid ID are 24/7.
Vehicles without a Valid DOD ID:
Vehicles without an adult (18 or older) holding an authorized DOD ID card must obtain a Temporary Pass from the Visitor Control Center at Lewis Main Liberty Gate & Visitors Center (I-5 exit 120). Plan ahead or obtain one at the Guard Shack by Liberty Gate, which processes visitors from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. daily.
Requirements for a Temporary Pass include a valid driver's license, vehicle registration, proof of insurance, and an adult (18 or older) authorized DOD sponsor willing to sponsor your base access. The sponsor must be available by phone to complete the pass issuance process.
